Tanner’s, Paséa Hotel & Spa’s signature restaurant will feature the best in fresh Southern
California cuisine, blending locally grown ingredients with innovative techniques to capture
the unique flavors of the destination. With stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Pacific Ocean
and outdoor seating on two levels, hotel guests and locals alike will have an unforgettable
Huntington Beach dining experience. Inspired by the cooking with fire concept, the
restaurant’s 72 wood-fired inferno grill will be a key focal point and a way to enrich the flavors
of many dishes. Cap off your experience at one of Tanner’s two bars – one on the main floor and the other,
known as the Treehouse, located on the second level. Award-winning mixologist Cassie Hesse
will lead a team in crafting artisanal cocktails. The Treehouse patio bar will serve as a great
place for locals to commune to enjoy unparalleled views of the Pacific and great music while
lounging near fire pits or at our circular tree-inspired bar. Tanner’s will open early June 2016.
